Iron Chef’s Nobu in NYC

I am a Japanese food lover, and Nobu is one my favorite Japanese restaurants. Nobu’s sushi is fresh and delicious. Iron Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is a well known chief in USA, his innovative cooking style combines American cuisine into traditional Japanese food. I am a huge fan of his new style sashimi – fresh cut yellow tail sashimi with jalapeno sauce. The fresh fish with spicy sauce brings a new eating adventure to my taste bud! If you want to explore a variety of food, you should try the pre-fix menu, which comes with tuna tartar, sashimi, oysters, sweet black cod marinated in Miso, lobster tempura, sushi and dessert.

Nobu has many locations in the states, I visited Nobu in New York, Nobu in Los Angeles, Nobu in Las Vegas and Nobu at Atlantis Bahamas. They all provide wonderful dining experiences; each has beautiful décor, amazing food and great service.

It is difficult to make reservation in Nobu, so make sure you call early for reservation for special occasions - It can take up to a month to make reservation on weekends; however, this Iron Chef restaurant definitely worth the wait. This is a must for visitors and should be experienced at least once.
